Experience Matters

Judge Michael Johnson was unanimously appointed by the Douglas County Commissioners as Judge of the Tahoe Justice Court on October 5, 2023, to replace the retiring Judge Glasson. Before that, he had served as judge pro tem of that court for more than 18 years and is a highly experienced attorney with over 26 years of full-time legal practice in the Tahoe area. As judge of the Tahoe Justice Court, he is dedicated to providing fair, efficient and impartial justice to all who come before him.
